Just got one as well. But having trouble for the best color. the color red is way off. Can you give me any suggestions on how to get the best color out of this TV. What are you color, brightness, contrast, etc….settings?

  2. lavisblade Says:

I just got myself the 46 inch version for 1200$ at a local retailer. Great deal and like others have said if anything is missing on this TV it’s the audio.

Also the screen can really reflect some crazy amount of light. Close the blinds and turn out the lights for this one.

if you buy a led 50″++, remember to buy some awesome speakers:p

this review has no uniformity – one minute they mention a tv’s gaming ability – the next review doesn’t even mention it – ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

  10. Harrysound Says:

Kinda disappointing then…when will tv companies either set up their tvs to a properly configured default or implement some software for you to do so?

  11. 49kingify Says:

    how much in the USA?????

  12. jerryx2000 Says:

i ve this tv since four moths. it s the best shit i ve ever owned.

  13. miasmablk Says:

you need to turn dynamic contrast off

  14. wonjoon0330 Says:

8500 pwn 6000/7000/8000, unlike previous version which used edge lit, 8500 uses local dimming and offer 7 million dynamic contrast ratio with 240hz(8000 had 5 million dynamic contrast ratio, 6000/7000 has 3 million dynamic contrast ratio and 120hz instead of 8000/8500′s 240hz)
8500 is the best of the best but all Samsung LED 6000/7000/8000/8500 kick @SS!!

  15. mx51160 Says:

Why?? The 8000 serie sucks… You cant se the 200 HZ… I would go for the 7000 serie…

  16. s1bz3r0 Says:

No thanks. I’d rather have the 46B8000, now that is some serious television! :D

  20. TsJsQsKsAs Says:

most people buying this will be using a surround amplifier for sound anyway so don’t care about the built-in speakers

  21. genestarwindjf80 Says:

I’m drooling over LED’s now. I’m going to start saving and buy a nice 32″ LED tv and give away my old first thick LCD tv.
